What happened

For many months poor speed on WiFi. Briskona upgraded system which recorded 40 speed yesterday on their equipment. Today it varies from zero to approximately 32. We pay £35 per month this payment has been paid for several months. We have been told that current payment is on average £25 per month. It appears that this firm is not providing a service as per Scottish Government guidelines. Would you please assist as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.

What I wish had happened

Apply pressure to this company to secure the required speed 24 hours per day. Also seek repayment of funds to compensate poor service and lack of communications.
