What happened
paid for 2 paddle boards including delivery, when I hadnt heard back from them I tried to cancel the order, after 6 emails over 2 weeks they finally responded saying the order had been dispatched but never mentioned the emails re cancellation, I decided to take receipt of them (goods were as described) but then received 2 invoices from Fedex to pay for carriage duty. I emailed coolsnow (when you phone them they wont take calls) with the issues , again totally ignored my emails, then emailed fedex to ask why they were sending me invoices , they acknowledged receipt of my email, but never responded to it but instead passed me to a debt collection agency for £66 for each paddle board! when I searched for info re ukcoolsnow the reviews and feedbck have been horrendous however this also includes the involvement of Fedex. I am also angry with Fedex as there are a lot of people who like me were not aware there were any import duties to be paid, as Coolsnow are "clever" using "UK" on their website, and have been down the same route as me with Fedex!! I have paid the £132 duty but its not about the money - its about Coolsnow calling themself UK and Fedex enabling this!!!
What I wish had happened
i wish I had never seen UKCoolsnow on google!!
