What happened

I am an Nhs worker and went into Morrison’s today to purchase some items and said can I use my nhs discount which I had with me and was told no! You have to do it by the app now? It changes two weeks ago! Two females disc used this about 4metres away from me then walked off! Terrible customer service. I only used my discount last week in Shrewsbury store and was fine.

What I wish had happened

To have good customer service and be happy to assist or could have said because I’ve seen your NHS ID, I can authorise it.
