What happened

In your Oban branch, I did my shopping approached a till, as I was about to put my first item on the belt he was told to close. Then he proceeds to look at me throws his closed sign beside the belt in disgust as it put the rest of my shopping on. And what makes it worse, the person in question is supposed to be a manager.. Shocking behaviour..

What I wish had happened

That I was able to put my shopping through as normal as the till was still open.
