What happened

My name is XUEJIAO HAN and my birthday date is 27/07/1986. Today I went to the MORRISONS BILSTON STORE which is black country to buy a wine and when I went to pay the vending machine asked my ID before I could buy wine But I didn't brought my ID card with me at the time and then I gave the phone picture ID to the staff but she refused My phone photo ID and she said manger must need a real ID card to sell alcohol to me. She really have very terrible attitude and quickly took the wine from my hand. Then I must be went back to home and took my driver's license with me. After 20 minutes the second time I went to the MORRISONS BILSTON STORE, I walked in and I saw three men front the customer service desk and I asked them who was the manager. A man who is Chris replied that all three of us were managers. The names of the three men are which one people name is Chris, other man name is Tony and the last man name is Rob. Then I asked Chris how old I looked and he said 25 years old, and then I asked Rob he didn't answer me and looked at me like a dog. No customer service at all. Rob is been looking at his phone all the time and he did not work at all. Tony impatiently said you should go away. I do not think they have professional customer service training. By law in the UK it is legal to be 18 years old to buy alcohol. They said you need follow their policy and I understood it and I was followed their policy already and I went to home took my ID card to buy the wine. End the conversation with them. I went to the counter to bought wine again. However I needed the service staff help to scan the code for me. I went to Chris but he refused to serve me and he was very disrespectful When he looked at me. I want to took picture about his job brand but he won't let me take it . He is a very rude man after that He kicked me out of the MORRISONS BILSOTN store like a dog. He said I we cannot service you like he is the leader of MORRISONS. He forgot that his salary was paid to him by the Customes. In the same time, there were a lot of people in the supermarket looking at me. I was so shameless at the time that I wanted to die. They all made me cry. I was a severe depression patient. How terrible customer service of this supermarket. They are grossly racist and sexist. Three men bully a weak Chinese woman. I will seek my justice through legal means. I feel like my dignity has been seriously trampled on.
