What happened
I purchased a secondhand phone from a seller on their site. It stopped working and the seller refused to communicate. I returned as instructed the handset to the seller as this was what Amazon told me to do. Assuring me once it was returned and I had proof of postage that they would credit my Amazon account. They did not, now hundreds of pounds down and after 250 phone calls to these lying parasites I’ve got nowhere.
What I wish had happened
It’s clear that Amazon have no ethics and no integrity. Their word means absolutely nothing and they truly encourage their staff to lie and deceive their customers. I did exactly what I was told to do and yet no refund was then received.
