Willow and wolf

What I wish had happened

Ordered a dress from willow and wolf on Sunday 31st July and paid next day delivery. Still haven’t even heard anything to say item has been sent. I have repeatedly contacted customer services and the retailer but still no further forward. I have requested a refund but again no response. Very very annoyed
