What happened
3 weeks in a row I have visited the Berwick Hills store in Middlesbrough. On each visit there was no wheelchair trollys available. On the first 2 occasions I was told they where all being used. On the 3rd occasion I was informed that actually there are none available at all! THE STORE ACTUALY HAS NO WHEELCHAIR TROLLEYS AT ALL! How are disabled customers supposed to access the store without the use of a trolley? 3 times it has resulted in me having to leave the store and pay travel costs to go elsewhere after already traveling to morrisons store. If i had been informed of this 3 weeks ago when i asked i wouldnt have wasted another 2 journeys. This is not the first complaint I have made about this issue. On a previous occasion I complained as no trolleys available only to discover half way round the store that a wheelchair trolly was being used to display eggs!!!! Not good enough morrisons I will not be using morrisons again and have been a regular customer for many years
What I wish had happened
Wheelchair trollys should be available at all times! Wheelchair users need to eat too! Staff should be informed and not waste customers time and money on pointless visits
