What happened
When you create an account you tell the app which delivery times suit you best within the week and which during the weekend. With this as a new customer I thought delivery times would then obviously be tailored to my needs. Also on the app it states that delivery times go until 7pm. I am a teacher and I work until 3pm. All I wanted was to receive my package as set out on delivery times that suits me. They phoned me at around 12pm telling me they will be there soon to deliver. Why then ask for delivery times that suits you if they don't use it? Now this extended my delivery another 4 days because now I need to wait for the weekend.
What I wish had happened
I wished delivery happend at 4pm like a asked. Then I would have a fridge for the first time in 3 weeks (I'm new in the UK and been living of takeouts). I was looking forward to buy fruit and yogurt.
