What happened

The delivery driver knocked on the door by the Time I got to the door about 25 seconds due to getting keys to unlock the door he had put it at the garage door and was walking back to his van he went and got the parcel when I asked him why he had done that and not waited for me to open the door he then said he only waits 20 seconds and then leaves. The two parcels could have been stolen has they in plane sight of everybody then when I said his service and attitude was not acceptable I raised my voice at him because he became aggressive in his tone of voice which made me scared so I shut the door and locked it so the man behavior reflects on your company this will go on all social media has a complaint and we will se if anybody else has has this terrifying experience

What I wish had happened

Your driver to knock at the door wait for me to open it and hand the parcel to me he would have got a polite thankyou and I would have been happy
