What happened

Having regularly used ASDA for over 5 years I was recently the victim of a credit card fraud on my ASDA account. ASDA eventually suspended my account but not before thieves had stolen over £1500 worth of items to addresses other than mine. Sometimes more than 5 orders were made in a day. I have asked ASDA to explain how this could have happened and for them to give me a list of these bogus orders. I am being ignored - it is as if they have something to hide. For example, was it a former ASDA employee who was guilty? Have they given the bogus addresses to the police?

What I wish had happened

I just wanted them to get in touch with me and explain how their security system could so easily be breached and why the alien addresses didn't raise the alarm?
