What happened

  We placed an order with yourselves on the 22/10/2022 for the Belgravia Bedframe under. This was delivered on the 27/10/2022.   I popped down into the store on the 27/10/2022 and spoke to the same sales man and the gentleman who builds the bed in regards to the two wooden bracket holders for the Gas Brackets. (See image 3 – blue arrow highlighting where the wooden brackets are located – this is a picture I have taken of the display bed in store)   The wooden Brackets (please see pictures attached) where missing the screw bites being drilled into them, therefore when placing the screws into them they have nothing to bite into to secure them. Your Build engineer then proceeded to email the relevant departments whilst I was in store to have two replacement correct pieces sent to me, this has not happened.   We attended the Perry Barr branch again on Saturday 5.11.2022 and spoke to the same gentleman who raised the internal issues on your systems and this is still not resolved, he confirmed that we are not the only people to have had this issue and that again he has risen this internal to have replacement parts sent out to us. This has still no happened and we have received no further communications from NCF.   Again after numerous call trying to get through to NCF, I am now emailing again and I will be visiting the store again as this has not been resolved.   Can I please have an actual update with where you are with resolving this issue, rather then a scripted response, we only require the faulty parts to be sent us to resolve this issue.
