What happened

NCF LIVING are appalling! Bought a sofa, love seat, and foot stool. Took delivery in July last year and since then I've been arguing with them over faulty goods and them supplying something I didn't order. Lots of back and forth and it turns out that what I was sold doesn't actually exist! We have exhausted the customer service channel and its been confirmed that I can't have what I ordered, so I have to reluctantly accept something I don't want. (Its on credit so I'm limited with return options). Very unhappy is an understatement!

What I wish had happened

I got what I ordered...

Where this happened

In Person - The guy in the shop let us order something that didn't exist. Since then, all contact has been email because I wanted to keep a record
