What happened

My holiday got cancelled in April due to covid. Paid in full sept 2019. Was told I’d get refund sept 20. Everytime I ring the India call centre they give lies n tell me to wait a further few days for refund. It’s now 24th of nov & once again told to wait til end of nov? Just lies after lies

What I wish had happened

Received my refund when told I would....which is still a long wait 6mths after holiday n 12 moths after full payment

Am still waiting now. They are not replying to emails now. They have £400 of my own money and have told lie after lie...

What I wish had happened

I would like to have seen the refund as promised back in my account in the time frame promised.
