Having booked a holiday through alpharooms november 2019 they cancelled in march, have had conformation from the apartment that it was not paid for and easyjet refunded alpharooms in june, i was issued with a credit note which they say i could claim a refund at the end of august 2020, have requested...

What I wish had happened

For alpharooms to honour the refund on the said credit note.
