What happened

The parcel was delivered whilst I was out, usually not a problem but this time it was put in rhe bottom of my black wheelie bin which is used for rubbish and dog waste. Very unhygienic and very unacceptable.

What I wish had happened

Why didn't the driver put it in the blue or brown bin or the greenhouse or by my backdoor, there are lots of places available in my garden to hide/place a parcel.

What happened

I purchased a secondhand phone from a seller on their site. It stopped working and the seller refused to communicate. I returned as instructed the handset to the seller as this was what Amazon told me to do. Assuring me once it was returned and I had proof of postage that they would credit my Amazon...

What I wish had happened

It’s clear that Amazon have no ethics and no integrity. Their word means absolutely nothing and they truly encourage their staff to lie and deceive their customers. I did exactly what I was told to do and yet no refund was then received.

What happened

I ordered a brand new laptop and when I opened the box after it was delivered, there was an air mattress inside. My laptop must have been stolen in transit. I reached out to customer service and they have said that they won't give me a replacement or refund because I gave the driver the OTP code... ...

What I wish had happened

I would like a refund or replacement of the laptop I ordered. Otherwise I've paid for some thief's laptop
