What happened

Waiting for a delivery that says it’s been delivered..it’s a complete disappointment,I was in all day and the cctv shows no one making any deliveries to our address where do I go from here as all amazons customer support basically is a waste of time…

The delivery driver had left a note with where packages where left if at all and that I should of been contacted as soon as I reported the missing parcels
