What happened

Laptop ordered on line from Argos. It's arrived ok and I loaded it up with windows. It ran slow and froze up. We check software against my sons laptop and his runs fine. I returned the lap to store and got told it's used and I'm not getting a refund even though my 20 year old ones just as fast.

What I wish had happened

They offered a refund or credit not I would have paid more for better or working one.

They didnt check it thoroughly they didnt listen to my complaint also the woman in there just laughed ..I would like a replacement tv but not the same make ..happy to pay extra if needs be
