I have purchased a sofa bed from Argos. After few months the cushions started to look tired, misshaped. Sofa came with 12 months manufacturers guarantee. I have contacted Argos customer service and they sent the engineer to check it. I have waited and waited for the answer and finally I have decided...

Made order on 1st June to be delivered the next day . No email , no communication and my in laws had waited in all day . Payment was taken as pending in bank account . Didn’t arrive , contacted customer services who kept fobbing me Off with different stories and eventually told me it was a ghost ...

What I wish had happened

That the ghost order didn’t generate in the first place and the order went through smoothly . That I recieved an email to say that the order was unsuccessful and the the item wasn’t being delivered .
