That having reported a broken door catch on the initial call out, that the company would have ensured that the engineer attended with the part. Even if I had misdiagnosed, their worst case scenario would have been that they retained a door catch, which if not required, could be held for future or re...
What happened
Fault error on Bosch oven, only had it 18 months but fantastic customer service getting an engineer out and absolutely lovely on the phone. Apologetic and empathetic.
The impact it had
Loved the fact that I didn't have to argue to get an engineer out. No quibble which is unusual these days
