What happened

My flights were cancelled in April, and Easyjet refused to refund me. I don’t have a voucher because I’m not sure I’ll be able to use it before it expires, I want a refund.

What happened

Airport has closed. Half our party got a refund straight away for booked flights. Our half being told we are still going and all is fine. Maybe get an update in December! Totally ruining our children's Christmas but keeping our money so we can't make any other plans.Absolutely devastated.

What I wish had happened

An immediate refund as they pretty much acknowledged that they know the Airport is shut but their hands are tied. Doesn't matter that the other half of the family got their refund and we have no accommodation as it's all cancelled because the Airport has closed until next March.
