What happened
I ordered and paid for 6 tickets to see the show Sister Act in August 2020 for my nieces hen costing over £500.... Obviously with current COVID worldwide I expected the event would be cancelled or rearranged - I did contact FEVER to ask if they knew but they said they had to wait before any changes...
What I wish had happened
All I needed was some help to re-book a new date BUT now I don't want them to have my money, their non existent customer service is disgusting
