What happened
My Hisense fridge broke within a couple of weeks of purchase. A lug (which is part of the door) holding the shelves in the door, broke off so the shelf fell out. I contacted Hisense 'customer service who advised me that accidental damage isn't covered by warranty. I explained there was no accident, ...
What I wish had happened
I wish they had acknowledged my problem and replaced the door of the fridge.
What happened
never buying a Hisense product again! poor quality and customer service is terrible! bought a fridge for over £800 last year, packed up over the weekend, 4 children and £150 worth of food going to waste because they cannot send anyone before NEXT WEEK and there is "nothing else they can do".
What I wish had happened
I wish they could have been more understanding and worked with me to find a decent solution (get another engineer sooner) or full refund to buy a new fridge straight away
