What I wish had happened
For the takeaway to have apologised and either sent fresh food or offered a refund. For just eat to have contacted the takeaway at least to resolve or offered a refund. I emailed just eat three times after to chase this up abd they ignored every email

What I wish had happened
To have our breakfast the time the driver was supposed to have it delivered. Rang macdonals to be told the driver can to late to pick the meals up so they had to shot the food away because it was cold. Not very good service is it.
