What happened

I pay £47.59 for unlimited 200mbs broadband but the router provided is not fit for purpose with WIFI constantly dropping out and offering slow speeds. They won’t send an engineer out and provide a poor service with poor agents that it takes 60-90 minutes to get through to.

What I wish had happened

I wish I had a router that supplied WIFI that works at a good speed and doesn’t constantly drop out
