What happened

I ordered 2 wrap meals for myself and my husband. The order took 15 minutes to arrive and when it did the fries were lukewarm, the wraps had been folded properly so the contents were falling out the bottom and the drinks weren’t what we had ordered.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked the order to have arrived quicker, the food be hot and assembled with more care and the correct drinks be provided.
