  • P They're letting too many people in and with what's happening these days, I do not dare going back to their Waddon branch. Such a shame
  • had a serious message for management but after 20 minutes of crap - was unable to get an email address. Simply ghastly in 2021. They do anything to avoid one contacting them by email.

What happened

I bought a 4 pack of pork pies and 2 of them were vegetarian, just pastry no meat in them, was hilarious though, although after a 40 minutes walk to Morrisons and then 40 minutes back, it was more annoying that I walked all that way for mostly pastry.

3 weeks in a row I have visited the Berwick Hills store in Middlesbrough. On each visit there was no wheelchair trollys available. On the first 2 occasions I was told they where all being used. What I wish had happened

Wheelchair trollys should be available at all times! Wheelchair users need to eat too! Staff should be informed and not waste customers time and money on pointless visits

If the store at Morrisons East Kilbride (Lyndsayfield) opens at 7am, why was I refused to buy cold meat from the cold meat counter, there were staff behind the counter and all the wrapping was off the meat but to be told that they can’t sell cold meat until 9:00am, why can you buy packet cold meat...

What I wish had happened

If you sold fresh cold meat when the store opens, to be told its not 9:00am so I can’t serve you without a reason that is justified is just poor public service
