  • Injury caused by a staff member
  • P They're letting too many people in and with what's happening these days, I do not dare going back to their Waddon branch. Such a shame
  • had a serious message for management but after 20 minutes of crap - was unable to get an email address. Simply ghastly in 2021. They do anything to avoid one contacting them by email.

Today (08.01.2022) at 10:30-11:00 I went to Norwich Riverside Morrisons to do our weekly shopping. After I apologised realising that this was a max 10 item till I told her that I can go to another till. She should have said “please go to another till”

What happened

I have just been into the Ellesmere Port store of Morrisons and I was very concerned and vulnerable about the large number of customers who were not wearing face masks. Even the Amazon delivery guy who walked through the store to the collection point was not wearing a mask? I raised it with the door...

What I wish had happened

The door security should be advised by the staff of customers who brazenly do not want to wear masks and they should then be approached. Your customers health should be a priority over texting on a phone.

What happened

Being a person from a different culture and ethnic background, I was treated unfairly and without equality. The internal quality was poor and biased towards staff that has been working there for 15years plus or even newly joining. There is so much to this incident to explain
