  • Injury caused by a staff member
  • P They're letting too many people in and with what's happening these days, I do not dare going back to their Waddon branch. Such a shame
  • had a serious message for management but after 20 minutes of crap - was unable to get an email address. Simply ghastly in 2021. They do anything to avoid one contacting them by email.

What happened

Whilst doing my regular shop at westcroft I went to bakery to get my bread, I noticed 4 out of date loaves on the tray, I called the Baker and explained they were a day out of date(20/1/22).He was rude and asked me to wait a minute, no apology, he just picked them up and threw them on his trolley.

What I wish had happened

I was hoping for the store team to honour the online prices once i told them they were different and the customer service lady to give me full refund when i asked for it instead of asking a colleague to do a price check.
