What happened
Not a single cleared table, only one coffee machine working, floor filthy and an 1 hour wait for any hot food!

Clean tables, and enough staff to keep the cafe clean and serve food in a reasonable time.

My partner I and our two children's visited the cafe. No member of staff were at the till so we ordered at the self service checkout. We ordered Three large breakfasts, with the intention to share the third between our kids. After visiting the table we saw that kids eat free with any main meal. Afte...
What I wish had happened
Been able to have refunded one big breakfast so we could receive our two free children's breakfast.
What happened
No sugar sachets. Customers have to take it out of a bag with a spoon, it’s not very hygienic and hundreds could have touched the spoon. Not a smile from any of the staff walking around like zombies.

Normally staff are polite smiling and sugar is always in small sachets. There’s no one on the till either
