What I wish had happened

I wish the food had arrived much more quickly and for my children’s food to have arrived at all. I felt they should have offered us some sandwiches or cold food for us to eat in the cafe.

What happened

At the checkout me and another gentleman stood in the queue me being served and the woman serving me spoke to the other gentleman and said 'just so you know, it's not me that stinks' and referring to me. I don't expect to come do my shopping and have someone in your store refer to me as that.

To be able to do my shopping without being insulted for no reason.
