Took payment on 25th October for £14 arrived in store 2 weeks later rather than 5 days as I paid for. I then I have tried ringing most days and they just pass it on. Then 8 was told now it has arrived it will be sent back after 14 days automatically then your refund will be issued. Has it hell it s...

What I wish had happened

When I called Spalding store they could send it back for me if I could give the Order number and Home address etc. After all it was their mistakes one after another. If not do what they promised delivered to store on time. If not at least send back auto after 2 weeks and receive refund.

I filled up my car for petrol and paid at the pump and was charged £100 for the transaction. I was advised it's to ensure anyone filling up can afford to pay for petrol which I always ensure I have enough. It was inconvenient to have been charged £100 and wait for the transaction to correct itself...

What I wish had happened

Normally I would be charged a smaller amount and then the correct amount of money would be taken from my account. I would have preferred some kind of communication or at least made a lot clearer when paying at the pump that £100 minimum would be taken.
