What happened

I did a large order for my food shop. Went to check out only to be told that 7 items (half of my order) are not available. Seems pointless to even bother.

What I wish had happened

I wish they would make it so they tell me its all unavailable before I get to check out.

Management aren't clamping down on customers AND staff wearing face coverings or social distancing.  I understand some people are medically exempt from wearing face masks however I doubt that is the case when it's 3/4 of customers not participating in these rules l.

There should have been an active customer announcement to ensure people are following these guidelines.

What happened

Leighton buzzard branch cafe have the worse staff refusing to sub any items on menu leaving you without any items on the plate charging the same price and leaving me standing waiting whilst my children eat just to get my missing items

What I wish had happened

She left me waiting gave me an attitude then come back 20 mins later with my missing food items
