What happened

Ordered a £14K car they had listed at approx 8,000 miles. Took just over a week to 'prepare for sale'. When I went to collect it it had over 11,000 miles on the clock. Asked why and got told it was being used as a NetworkQ salesmans car. Nice.

What I wish had happened

List cars at the mileage they actually have clocked - or, alternately, don't let sales staff thrash an extra 3,000 miles onto them on the week it takes to 'prepare them for sale'.
