What happened

I've been in dispute with Ryanair since June 2018. Our flight was cancelled on 17 June until we got another flight on the 19th. European legislation says any delays over four hours should be compensated (Rule E/261 I think). We were delayed 48 hours! They even gave me contradictory excuses. ...

What I wish had happened

Like thousands of other delayed passengers, we would have expected compensation.

What happened

Basically they refused a family of five with two disabled passengers onto plane even though children were at the gate and the two disabled passengers were at the top of a broken escalator and the gate staff could see us but still chose to close the gate in front of us. Totally ruined our much needed...

To change our flights to next year (2 adults and 2 children) it will cost £520 plus fees making it £660...

What I wish had happened
