I've been in dispute with Ryanair since June 2018. Our flight was cancelled on 17 June until we got another flight on the 19th. European legislation says any delays over four hours should be compensated (Rule E/261 I think). We were delayed 48 hours! They even gave me contradictory excuses. ...

Like thousands of other delayed passengers, we would have expected compensation.

Basically they refused a family of five with two disabled passengers onto plane even though children were at the gate and the two disabled passengers were at the top of a broken escalator and the gate staff could see us but still chose to close the gate in front of us. What I wish had happened
I would have liked Ryanair to change our flights with no added fees due to the coronavirus pandemic. That would be the right and moral thing to do.
