What happened

We are due to fly in September but due to a change in circumstances we can’t all fly and looking to change dates to next year being charged almost same price again to change

What I wish had happened

I would like a change of date for us for next year with either no fee or a small change fee not almost £800 fee change

They changed my flight and i requested a refund in January 2021 and still haven’t got my refund….?

What I wish had happened

To be refunded my money sooner rather than later because they are holding around £200 of my money
