Waiting for refund of cancelled flights

What I wish had happened

Booked holiday with loveholidays, had refund from them for hotel,still waiting for Ryanair to refund flights which were cancelled before i was due to fly April 3rd

I was offered a refund in July due to flight changes due to COVID-19. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've contacted them on numerous occasions to no avail. I've seen other people are being told the same things which seem to be delay tactics.

What I wish had happened

I would like my money returned as I was promised 3 months ago.

Cancelled my flights for september in August but still no sign of a refund. They owe me over £1000. I've been trying hard to get hold of them but when I do they just keep saying I'm in a queue.
