What happened

It’s been 7/8 months and Ryan air have still not refunded me from a cancelled flight , they’ve told me it’s on the way and I’ve filled out many types of requests ,including the apparent last one which was the last step ( the verification form) and still have no refund

What I wish had happened

I would’ve liked for Ryan air to be honest with their refund policy , they’ve been rude on the phone when I asked for a manager. Would’ve only wanted them to refund me like everyone else got

Flight times changed so ryanair offered a refund in april. Currently still waiting after listening to hundreds of lies the last 6 months

we were due to fly out on our first family holiday on the 6th of june 2020 but due to covid the holiday including flights were cancelled weve had our money returned from loveholidays for the hotel etc but ryanair have been telling us for the past 4 months our flight money is being refunded weve been...

What I wish had happened

I want back whats legally mine my refund everyone knows its a legal requirement for companys to issue a refund with in 7 days and no longer then 10-14 days
