What happened

My holiday was cancelled in may this year due to covid 19 I got my holiday money back from love holiday but not my flight money from Ryanair which was a package holiday

What I wish had happened

I have email Ryanair and went on their live chat and nothing I also applied for my refund for my money back on Ryanair website back end of may this year and not received anything

Had an email to say flight was disrupted on the morning of the flight... offered option for full refund or change flight... I pressed option for refund... filled it in several times would not submit ... went on live chat and was told I could apply once the flight has departed... next day and day aft...

What I wish had happened

I should have been able to get my refund from online chat... they have my payment card. I have screen shot all of the chat box conversation.
