What happened

Purchased flights seats luggage and fast track couldn’t go on holiday due to husband being a key worker couldn’t quarantine on return. Spoke to Ryanair on live chat and they refused to refund

I would like full refund for flights etc as it wasn’t our fault we couldn’t travel

I have been waiting for a refund for months now, was told last month I would have my refund by the 27th Jan 2021,still nothing. Now I can't even get hold of them.

To have had my refund by now. Especially when they said I would of. It didn't need ti of even taken this long.
