What happened

I’ve booked a package holiday with love holidays and LOVholidays refunded me that said I had to wait for Ryanair I have tried so hard to get my money back and love holidays or Ryanair are not helping me

They cancelled my flight they stopped it or I would just like to get my money back

I booked holiday in feb 2020 paid for change in august £650 taking my flights to just under £2000

What I wish had happened

As I already paid £650 to change I don’t feel like I should pay another £650 to change my hotel is cancelled I’m about to lose £2000 on flights to an amber zone and after losing my dad to COVID in January I feel like I’ve been let down

What happened

Booked a holiday through Loveholidays, for 16/06/21.. on the 4/6/21 they cancelled my hotel but said it was up to me to sort it out with Ryanair.. Through tears and frustration I’ve tried loads of times to contact Ryanair but to no avail .. not answering, getting cut off , email for that to bounce...

What I wish had happened

That Loveholidays cancelling the whole holiday and refunding me for both ( not that I’ve received the money yet for the hotel )
