What happened

I was charged for something I was told on their website would be free.

What I wish had happened

Their website had been true to its word and not billed my credit card with charges it said would be free due to them cancelling the flight.

What I wish had happened

I wish I could have just had a voucher to use for next year, I didn't even ask for a refund so I can't understand why they are point blank refusing to help anyone.

We have flights to Portugal on 12th July, even though on Amber Ryanair expect us to fly, they won’t give a credit or refund and say then offer a free transfer service to another flight, we went to move our flights to next year and they wanted an extra £600, if we book these flights as new flights...

What I wish had happened

Ryanair should have been letting people transfer flights for no fee unless the flights were more money then you’d expect to pay the difference?
