What happened
Visited the Harlow branch & we were assisted by Sarah. My daughter had her first pair of glasses this week & they needed to be adjusted. Sarah was friendly, apologetic & very helpful. Her great service meant that I asked about getting another the lenses updated in an old pair of glasses & I enquired...

What happened
Visited today by Sanj and Annemarie for an eye test. I would just like to say what an excellent service I think it is for people who are housebound like myself. Special thanks to Kim for keeping me well informed about my appointment. Thank you see you in2 years.
