still awaiting refund, advised 3-5 working days, then 14 days and now 28 days
What I wish had happened
money refunded when we were told it would be, possible to contact TUI. lines are either engaged or on hold for 1 hour plus. Customer services team only give excuses.

Booked a holiday and got cancelled and on their system it clearly states that you can have a credit note and have to ask if want a refund, so Booked a new holiday and tried for weeks to get through but couldn't to transfer the booking over. They would have contacted us by now with knowledge of the Hotel closure, rather then sending generic responses and emails with 'Great News your holiday is scheduled to go ahead with no significant changes' filling us with false hope. Not having to spend hours on end on hold, twice alone for 3 hours ...
