What happened

Tui wont cancel holiday. Due to fly 31st aug.but fco guidelines say no. Complicated as i foster and social services cannot give permission for me to travel due to fco advise.

Them to cancel with reasonable notice and refund so we have money to go away in uk instead

What happened

Due to fly to Tunisia in 2 weeks time and they are still saying flight is going ahead, despite it being against FCO advice and that Tunisia Government have UK listed as amber, meaning 2 weeks self isolation on arrival in Tunisia.

Just a simple confirmation officially that this holiday is cancelled, so we can make othe arrangements

What I wish had happened

Initially I wanted to change to a package so I could at least have a break but now I want the flights cancelled and a refund. They say they have no policy but neither did jet 2 but the service I received from them was outstanding
