What happened
I have noticed in the last several packets of your jps players tobacco that there are lots of lumps of what seem like wood. They have made my roll ups less enjoyable and unsmokable. I have been smoking your tobacco for many years but have been unsatisfied lately enough to send you this email. Maybe this is just a bad batch but thought i would like to bring it to your attention Kind regards Sara fowler
