What happened
Visited the Harlow branch & we were assisted by Sarah. My daughter had her first pair of glasses this week & they needed to be adjusted. Sarah was friendly, apologetic & very helpful. Her great service meant that I asked about getting another the lenses updated in an old pair of glasses & I enquired about contact lenses. Great service does drive sales!!!
The impact it had
It made me feel valued as a customer. It showed that they cared about my daughter. I feel that Sarah was interested in getting things right & helping us.
