What happened
I ordered some hiking boots from Blacks and arranged click and collect from JD Sports on Oxford Street but when I went to collect they weren't there. JD Sports contacted Blacks with no avail. I haven't heard what has happened to my order.
What I wish had happened
That my order was there when I went to collect it.
