What happened
A recent delivery turned up with over half of the goods broken. Despite over 3 hours on the phone to Customer Services, no answer, messages & photo's placed on Twitter & Facebook, No reply. An email to the only director i could find containing the same photo's.. No reply... After reading through the posts on facebook, it seems The Range have a serious problem with their Customer Service dept. It doesn't seem to exist, maybe in name only !!. Being left on the phone only adds to the insult as i checked my Virgin phone account only to find that the total cost of the calls came to around £7. As i am NOT able to return goods to a store due to shielding at the moment, this is disgraceful
What I wish had happened
My call being answered within a reasonable time. Obviously not immediately but within 20 minutes
