What happened
I placed an order with The Range UK on the 10th June 2021, but only half the order has arrived and the other part says arrival date should have been 23rd June 2021. After waiting 40mins or more each time to speak to someone from their customer service team I am told someone will contact me to arrange the collection of the order I want to return and sort out a refund for it all. But I have had no response for a week now, I have tried contacting them through facebook and twitter as well with no response! I am concerned that it is getting close to the 28 day return policy and my credit card payment will be due next month as well
What I wish had happened
I get the promised response to my entitled refund to the missing order and arranging a collection to part of the order that did arrive to get a refund on that as well
